On June 13th to participate in the 2nd Annual 5K To Thrive (At Home or On Your Own)! Due to the restrictions in place we aren’t able to meet in person for our 5K Fundraiser, but now, more than ever, we need your support. Whether you’re at home on a treadmill, running around your neighborhood, going to a nearby track, or heading out to the woods we want you to get out and run to help support Salt ‘n Light! If you’re able to participate, create a fundraising page and share the link with your friends, family, neighbors, teachers, acquaintances, pets, EVERYONE and encourage them to donate! Our goal is to raise $10,000 to continue the work of Salt ‘n Light Youth Ministry and we need each person’s help to get there. Along the way you’ll unlock prizes as you raise more money. Raise $50, get a pair of Salt ‘n Light Socks! Raised $100? Get the socks and an exclusive 5K To Thrive Activewear Shirt. See below for all of the fundraising prizes!
On June 13th choose a time, map out your 5K (3.1 miles), and run (in spirit) with everyone else helping to support the ministry! Track your route on your phone and screenshot it, take videos and pictures while you’re on your run, and send them all to us so we can compile a highlight video! Send all photos and videos to bwarren@snlym.com.
We know this is a strange time but we are confident that the Lord is still active and able to move powerfully. As a non-profit ministry we rely on the Lord’s provision and on the support and generosity of people like you. You are a partner in the work the Lord is doing through Salt ‘n Light.
